How will I receive my information?
The Bureau(s) of record will respond to you by the contact method you provided when you completed the City form. If you asked for the information to be provided electronically, they will let you know when the requested information is uploaded into the Portland Public Records Request Center (GovQA). Once it is there, you will be able to log-in to your account to access the information. If you selected another method to receive records, the records will be mailed or made available for inspection if possible.
