Fees
Question:

What criteria do I need to meet to get a fee waiver?
Answer:

The requester must show that the request primarily benefits the public interest as a whole.  However, even when the request may be for the public benefit, the City is not required to waive fees.  The City must evaluate the financial and resource burden placed on the City by the request as well as other factors.

To make this evaluation the City will request the following information:  1) How do you or your organization intend to use the information?  2) How will the information benefit the wider public?  3) How do you or your organization intend to disseminate the information to the wider public?  4) Whether a more narrowly tailored, and thus less expensive, request could equally meet the public interest.
